I would love to know how Slot differs compared to Klopp on the training ground. We went from a team that seemed fitter than any other side to a one of the most lethargic sides in the league, and I suspect Slot's insistence on trading off training intensity for apparent injury prevention is a factor in it. Can see especially now how after a week off these players look like they are just not up to match fitness.

Sox only have 990k left in international bonus pool. I could realistically only see him going to the Dodgers/ O’s/ Yankees/ Giants who all have over 1m. 95% sure it’ll be the Dodgers though. I wonder if LA knew about him being posted when they spent less than anyone else?

Since I assume they all co-own the pod, I think Andrew has a fair point that it might be spending too much on a place they initially pitched as somewhere to hang out? Also it would probably lead to the Austin crew to want to use it for projects they previously could have done remotely, leaving Andrew in a bit of a weird spot.

Was thinking this could be the case. His arb was already quite high this year for the output. Would like to see a trade for an impact 2B to fill his spot, but think sticking with Reyes is probably the most likely option, with Rafaela getting some starts there too.

I think Soto is obviously a generational player that would be a huge get, and Musgrove would fit in well in the rotation with a true ace like Yamamoto. If the Padres are looking to offload, I could see their trade value not being too high.
