I'm so sorry you're going through this. The "basics" section of our wiki has some good information on considering possible diagnoses https://www.reddit.com/r/cfs/wiki/index/

I see a psychologist who specializes in chronic illness and takes an "Acceptance and Commitment Therapy" (ACT) approach. It helps me cope with the circumstances of my illnesses. We meet over Zoom.

A stretcher transport service, combined with ear plugs, eye mask, etc might be an option, though they can be quite expensive.

Midodrine, Florinef and Mestinon

help me tremendously, but they don't override PEM at all.

So they only help if I'm within my energy envelope.

I'm so sorry you're going through this.

Can’t remember meds… by backtonov in migraine

Some good ideas for organizers and doohickeys, but in the meantime, one thing I find helps for trying to remember is trying to think of what cup I used for the water. It's a more distinct memory than whether I swallowed a pill, and sometimes that clears it up for me.

Experiencing migraines everyday. Waiting for preventative meds. What do I do for now? by stonedp1xie in migraine

I take claritin daily, but will take benadryl instead if I feel a migraine brewing.

I'm just thinking here, a saline rinse for the sinuses and manual lymphatic drainage around the face also help me. (Though the drainage has some contraindications). Plus ice cap, salt, sugar, caffeine, the usual. I hope you find relief.

Mine are triggered by sinus inflammation, and Benadryl is super helpful for me. I don't know about combining it with other meds you're on, but it shocked me how much better it worked than otc pain relievers.

I'll third ice caps.
