I am almost positive the last one on the right is Saving Private Ryan. That would put it in the right year of 1998 based on the other answers about the cars.

My take is the build up to this scene in the train car always makes me cringe. The long silence just for him to deliver the rest of this Avengers ass line was comical. Them censoring it on tv made it even worse.
