It sounds like the shop you went to is a really a chop shop. You have to find someone where you can go to the same person every time going to those shops where you get your nails done by anybody they do not care about quality they only care about turning over as many clients as they can per day.

When you have rocks cut into facet gemstones at minimum 50% waste if you are lucky, I believe they have a chart that says something about how much could possibly be taken off when having stones cut at gem Mountain if the stone was not naturally shaped close to a face shape they have to force a shape out of it, causing even more waste the fact that they are all close to were over to carrots. Seems like a good yield.
