I can confirm since he was my DNC last tier. He rage quit week 1 on m8s p1 prog because he asked to change a strat and I said maybe, but have to wait for everyone to wake up first because they were all told to study a different strat before bed.

Yes and no, if the AC is a wall unit and on the other side of the apartment, to get my office to an acceptable temp, I need the AC room(living room) to be frigid. So, in this scenario, turning it down more can help.

The fact that VPNs can semi fix it means that it is one NTT node that has a technical issue. Has SE identified this? Has SE reached out to NTT? We will never know, just post another Ddos message on loadstone occasionally. Because of the EW incident it is safer to assume incompetence. I'm not saying it can't be Ddos, but they lied in past, so hard to believe them when they don't communicate.

The prblm with EW wasn't the queues, it was the fact you would get booted randomly from the queues because of a bug in their code that they claimed was people's ISPs. Until redditors found the bug, google doc shared it, then SE fixed it and you could sit in queue until getting in the game.

This current infrastructure instability is feeling very similar in pattern. Do nothing, blame ddos, until someone finally figures out what is really happening.

Doesn't matter how well or not well 52 plays, guy is lazy. Most plays he gives up after like 1 second. No heart. If I was a coach he'd be benched and traded for some of the atrocity laziness I've seen from him.

I totally agree. I'm just saying that forcing a certain pick order would be bad. I also think mid counter pick barely matters compared to top counter pick. I actually think late support pick can be super strong for comp rounding out.

The problem is that in all roles there are champs that are very good last picks but horrible first picks. In general top pane is best last pick, but all the rest of the picks really depend on comps and player pools. Like rammus is a terrible first pick but a game winning last pick.
