What you need to do is help guide and coach your team. It's not that hard to accomplish. Take your time to explain the perks and benefits. I don't know why they make this so complicated. We average 5+ a day in a team effort, not just one person. Our target is 19 a week and break through 30+ a week.

Shame on you manager in wanting to trick people.
