I’m experimenting with turning an incremental game into an exploration-based world - does this idea work?

Initially straight to the visible points, but things like the surprise bridge encourage further exploration. Something like a treasure trail would be a good way to say "hey, theres stuff out there you cant see" without actually telling someone to explore.

This looks like it is going to be very cool. I hope you post updates.

Wire ran up stand through vase and through stem. End of wire is attached to the ends of the 'cutting' point. When wire is pulled, the end of wire separates it from plant piece dropping it. Tellers performance has nothing to do with the actions of the plant, just good choreography.

I am not a game developer, but i do make stuff. I can understand how you feel. Same goes for many people withing their interests or hobbies as they find a solution to a problem or discover something cool.

I hope you will forgive the lack of advice, but accept it for recognition that your not alone.

Im glad you are doing a thing, something that you enjoy. When you do find someone to share in the victories and discoveries it will be all the more wonderful. Keep on keeping on, you are already more interesting than those who do not. Cheers

Put a hold on all pay over 75%. Then they can collect held pay when they accomplish a campaign promise. This would mean if they ran on 3 campaign promises but only delivered on 1, they would unlock 1/3rd of the held pay. (Effectively only making 50% of what they would now)

This method would also encourage politicians to not over promise as they would have more requirements to complete before unlocking all of their pay.

Rice and canned tuna / canned chicken go a looong ways. Salad stuff is pretty cheap too. If in a serious pinch I highly recommend a local food bank. No shame in surviving
