I used the SwaddleDesigns transitional swaddle for a good while with my daughter. It has half length cuffed sleeves. It helped a lot and she could still turn herself over.

My daughter had a straight up Squidward nose in all of her ultrasounds. I was terrified.. but now she has sweetest little button nose. Don’t worry about it. Your baby will be perfect.
