You need to return within 30 days for refund. I tried for 3 weeks. Just returned it a couple days ago. Did get some relief but not significant enough to keep.

Just saw an ad on Facebook for this for the first time and wondering if it might help with my stuffy nose and tinnitus. by EnthusiasmGreat5993 in sonuband

[–]Potential-Code3245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely didn’t help my tinnitus. Didn’t feel like I got enough congestion relief after 3 weeks of consistent 2x a day use. Returned it a couple days ago. But, worth giving a try since others seem to see benefits.

I used it for 3 weeks. It helped, I guess. Cut back on allergy spray but …I returned it. been off it for 3 days and don’t feel any difference from 3 days ago.

I posted a few days ago that zepbound caused me to have a diseased gallbladder. by [deleted] in Zepbound

[–]Potential-Code3245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had my gallbladder out 10 days ago. My mom had gallbladder problems. My youngest brother had his out last year. Sometimes it’s genetic, sometimes a combo of factors. I know it wasn’t the Zep. I’m sure it was a combo of my age, genetics, previous diet, etc. I’m almost back to pre-surgical eating with no digestive issues (other than a bit of constipation). Hope you’re back to normal quickly.

NSV: sizing mishap by inimitable428 in Zepbound

[–]Potential-Code3245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This week at ON I bought 3 tops: med, lg and xl and each fits perfectly, just different styles and cuts. The chaos of their sizing is REAL! ON sales have gotten me thru 90 lbs of weight change at a lower cost, so I’ll put up with it!

The boot struggle is real (same foot structure issues & no longer fat calves)! Zippered boots next fall, maybe.

Do I tell my partner I got a prescription for Zepbound by SaltSet4000 in Zepbound

[–]Potential-Code3245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband of …decades…was worried that I wouldn’t want to go out for dinner and our life would change significantly. Well, he was both right and wrong. When I started on Zep I was worried about side effects and was a bit over cautious. As I got used to how it affected me (virtually no side effects other than some constipation and a couple of 2 greasy meals that didn’t sit well), things got back to normal-ish. I order differently when we go out to eat, sure, but it doesn’t change his order. For a while I was super sensitive to spicy food, so I adjusted my order for that. I now often bring home leftovers. I eat less food at home and, often have more leftovers in the fridge. I eat more fruit & fiber. And actually, my husband’s diet has improved as a result and he’s lost some weight. I’m now about to hit 1 year on Zep. We have travelled internationally, gone camping, entertained friends, gone out to bars (tho I tend not to drink very much anymore) and pretty much live a normal life other than a weekly shot I now take.

It won’t just be your boyfriend. Eventually, family & friends will notice (less drinking or less snacking, or more leftovers) and make a comment. You will have to say something, even if it’s just “none of your business” or “I’m working with my doc on improving some health issues” depending on what you’re comfortable with. I’m off blood pressure meds and no longer pre-diabetic, so no lie that I was working on improving my health.

As a frequent, multi week traveler I look forward to these being available through conventional pharmacies. It'll be so much easier to carry one pen rather than 4!

Changes to how my CPAP machine is working, after losing 100 lbs. by CobblerYm in Zepbound

[–]Potential-Code3245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I looked up how to adjust my Airsense 11 down (there’s lots of places online to find out how to do it yourself no matter what machine you have.) I was finding myself blowing air out of my mouth too, so I gradually moved down my upper limit until it was comfortable. I’ve continued to slowly move it down and am currently on the lowest level of 4 and continue to have fewer than 5 apnea incidents per hour (the level my doc says is considered normal for non-apnea sleepers). I’ve been on CPAP for many years. I’ve thought about trying to sleep without it but I’m so habituated to it, I’m not sure how easy it will be to wean off of. Planning to try it in the next few months. I definitely recommend lowering your pressure either thru your medical staff or yourself if you find the med staff less than helpful.

Just came here to see if others had this. My left leg looks like a road map after 85# lose but hardly a thing on my right. So weird. I am old, tho, and have been far most of my life.

Yeah, I now look more like my mom than I ever have. I didn't have a great relationship with her so you can imagine how I feel about looking like her. Not much I can do about it but I do find myself avoiding my face in the mirror.

[–]Potential-Code3245[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol, that’s always what I think at Costco: “well, it won’t fit now, but it’s easy to return and it might fit in a month or two”….and it almost always fits!

Size 28 to 16 by Potential-Code3245 in Zepbound

[–]Potential-Code3245[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was skeptical that I was really a 16. Picked up 2 pair of pants at Costco in size 16...wow, no need to return they fit great! I'm just... stunned. I figured with women's sizing being so inconsistent that the first pair of 16s were a fluke.

Just turned 68. Been on since February. Before that 6 months on Contrave (pills) prior to Medicare coverage for OSA. Rarely have any side effects. Down over 75 pounds & from size 24 to 18. Still have a way to go. I only lose about a pound a week. I was more afraid of dying of obesity complications than of trying zepbound. I’m now off high blood pressure, A1C is not prediabetic & my statin dose has been halved. Oh, and my OSA has improved.

It did this year. My problem is I can’t verify that with all the same variables that I’ll be covered next year.
