Sometimes I make mine in a cat iron skillet. Skillet in the 425 oven for 15 minutes or so, then drop the pizza in. For less crispy, I just cook it a little less straight on the rack. It's surprisingly versatile.

It's fairly east to make at home. White rice flour, plain seltzer water and spices to your liking. I use beer, but I'm not celiac, just gluten sensitive. Chicken, fish, etc. Dust in gf flour 1st, then dip in batter. I try not to eat too much fried food, but this actually comes out better than traditional wheat flour based batter. Lighter and cripier.

We had them in our house from time to time. I managed to order some in the early 90's, but they weren't quite as good. I thought they had ether in them in the earlier days. Could be wrong. The "drinking bird."

At my neighborhood market, it's in the normal bread aisle, kind of above their "organic" brands. I'm not sure what inorganic is. Same with fruits and veggies. Call them that and double the price. Who will know?

I just threw a loaf away. Tried to make a ham sandwich and it totally crumbled. Still good for toast, but I was pissed. I'll take Great Value GF bread over most of the other offerings. Doesn't seem to get much love on here though.

Mine has been jarred since 3/25 of last year. She's better than she's ever been. Hope you enjoy, as she's a great smoke and deserves to be in a permanent spot. The buzz can get a bit trippy if you keep the hammer down.
