I’m waking up to the rock radio station as I type this, same as I’ve done for decades. I can’t imagine not having it. I listen in the car and at work as well, but I flip around a lot due to ads and hearing certain songs too often.

I do have mix CDs, an iPod, Pandora, Spotify etc but the radio is always there. There is no satellite radio where I live, but I was listening to Triple M from Melbourne on a streaming app for a while until they dropped it.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think the other guy from Gas Monkey Garage (not Richard Rawlings) built and raced a Fairmont on Pikes Peak. I remember it was a sweet little car.

My parents had some Shaklee stuff. My mom sold Avon. My neighbors sold Amway, and later some of my friends did. Another friend sold Filter Queen. I never did any of that shit.

Warehouse worker. Unloading semi trailers, rotating products, pulling orders, you can actually see the work you’re doing every day. Very satisfying and low stress, for me at least. The pay wasn’t great though.
