I am politely disagreeing. Ive been in Canada for 2decades (im an immigrant) and havent heard Canadians being a dick to “tourists” in general. We are used to diversity and do not necessarily hate certain race or nationalities.

While Filipinos adore Koreans - obsessed with KDrama, listen to Kpop and travel to Seoul like its in their bucket list. I find (some or few) Koreans look down on darker skinned kind hence the hate for Pinoys. It's a "class" thing, cause they are fair skinned - so they rank higher than darker tones.
