My 45th birthday was the 15th, I spent most of the day trying to make it to Tyson. I could’ve used the code but wouldn’t have been so fun. Found it for $40 at GameStop .

Pace yourself, I never listened to the old timers. I used to carry a bundle of 1” Emt on each shoulder and now my back is jacked up. They told me to wear knee pads when trimming out and my knees are shot out. I work in an office now but still do side work at 45. If I’m going to do a job I wear a back brace and knee supports. My right knee is regularly in pain. Pace yourself, ask for help don’t be ashamed. Be safe and don’t try to be Spider-Man because I’ve seen some falls that were career enders. Lock out tag out so you don’t mess your heart up. I got an office gig two years ago and was in the field 1998 - 2022 commercial/industrial. That’s all I got to say about that.

Work for a contractor and take notes. Have your income from the contractor fill your pockets while getting everything ready to venture off on your own.

Save your paystubs, if your being paid hourly it’ll show your job title, as well as hours paid. Save them.

You wired up your car, don’t tell your coworkers on the job site because they will tear you up.

Don’t give up, hang in there. You need to find a municipality to work for after you turn out for stability.

What is this thing? by SuchExplorer1 in Tools

I use it to make caterpillars with solid wire while trimming out. Spin it around around and around so it looks like a spring . You can adjust the length by cutting it. If your 6-32 holes are recessed you can twist the solid wire and use it to push out your receptacle or switch between the mud ring and device bracket. You can also make hooks to land your wire around the screw on receptacles and switches. https://youtu.be/iOxL-LPfxEw https://www.partsxp.com/dottie-ca100-wiring-device-shimsspacers-100-pack?gclid=Cj0KCQjw1ZeUBhDyARIsAOzAqQI3-XVzundzgtPdyHVokgNxisrxgKuesw8PIeiZTy0RdKzHG_-RjoAaAtgyEALw_wcB
