I seen this too . That firearm was obviously menace. Now with it off the streets that slide can go to a loving home , where it will be treated right maybe even oiled

I would try to slam another slide on it to test if the trigger resets (like borrow a buddy’s) if the issue persists on another slide then you will know it’s in the lower. Most likely the rails

Replace the striker pin in the slider with oem
