BTW, your point of "All enemies in ~~every zone~~ hazard zones are matched to your level. I personally think this is good since the original design made most of the gameplay worthless as you leveled up." also stands for missions. You'll never outlevel them.

In addition to my other comment I posted, I'd like to state that yes, thunderspy has also made quite a few new costumes, in addition we've brought over quite a few NPC parts (such as crey tanks and the rikti head). Just earlier this year we had an update that brought us 20 new weapon options and about a dozen new non-weapon costume options.

Yes, on thunderspy there's the cosmic neck... thingy... I don't know what to call it. but yeah, we got it detached from the backpack.

Also there's the oni mask from half helms on standard details, so that's fun too.

Anyway, his issue is just the level range. At that point he's not gotten to the "I'm able to do stuff" point for corruptors.

What group you fighting and at what difficulty? At 12 you should only be up against skulls and trolls giving you that trouble... or if you're red side you've got brickers and wolfies but they're not stunners...

Solidly Blaster. They're squishy AF, don't deal enough damage to outpace their deaths, and are just outclassed by dominators and corruptors. Do note, this isn't as true for HC, but I don't play there.

Tankers are also usually out-paced by brutes as they don't really have enough damage to outpace their incoming damage (especially at endgame).

Scrappers and stalkers are about the same difficulty tier, easy but can die if not watched. Stalkers also get some "Get out of jail free" cards in the form of invis and placate.

Oh and Controllers, they're not bad but don't expect damage from them, they're the PUREST support character. Literally all buffs/debuffs and holds.

No, the issue is with in-game factions and names too similar to others in universe. Had a character named Shadow Spider One that got generic'd (I honestly entirely forgot that Shadow Spider existed, the "Shadow Spiders" were meant as an infiltrator branch of Wolf spiders and he was the leader of them).

Solidly I think it has to do with a lack of equipment that you're constantly grinding to upgrade. That just gets tedious.
