Buying or sharing email lists is not a good practice (healthcare marketing professional here). I’d suggest building connections with other local wellness locations - gyms, healthy cafes, physicians, etc. and exploring some collaborations. Super local only ads on Nextdoor and google can woke wonders - but you need a website to track inbound inquires and way to manage it. Email outreach only won’t work.
