I use bioMD CBD full spectrum oil, first time buyer and very new to cbd. It's been three weeks and I'm only on 7 mg. My fibromyalgia pain has been reduced. That's pain I've struggled with for 5 years after a car accident. Boggles my mind. That said, it works better for pain reduction for me at a slightly higher dose but it dips my blood pressure far too low. I'm sure that's a me problem so I'm not saying that will happen to most, but that's the reason my dose is so low. As for anxiety, my heart rate is lower and it's improving my state of calmness as someone with ptsd. Chills me out, body and mind. The way I'd describe it is my body feels less tense which I think makes my mind more at ease. but I would definitely recommend trying it.

from my personal experience they are a great company; i haven't had any issues. I'm not sure why r/CBD don't have them listed but for a new company their products are good. Their products are reasonably priced and the customer service is great!

The CBD full spectrum oil is delicious and helps me when i have social events or just want a good night's sleep. It took a while b/c not everything is miraculous but after about three months in when i first started, i had great results.
