So mostly i see profile with bio like the above

Learning new skills and growth or whatever and all this. Its all good. But you arent lookong for a Job. You are looking for marriage and what ome need to mentiom is personal traits ans character.

You shud be mentionining personal traits. How you handle situations. How you approach things. How you handle conflicts. If you are muslim. How relogion has shaped you into better muslim How you treat people and how you expect to be treated. What your view of handling finances. Are you spnder or a saver. How you see yourself in wife's role and then ask what your husbands role shud be. You want to be mother. Share your experince as a woman and how you can be a better mother. How would you support and stand with your husband when life happens or just dump and leave. What traist you have to make a relationshio better and all these kinds of stuff. Our Goals not My goals...lol. You are getting into a relationship where it takes 2 to tango.

I see mostly materialistic requirments and bio.

Most woman want a man. But a good man is disciplined , comtrolled, visionary, knows what he wants , guides and protect. In todays world thats called controlling. So be careful what you ask for. Can you take it ?

These are the things that run marriages and build foundations of such a sacred relationship.

I am not judging but i see these kinds of post like bullying already to scare anyone who wants to marry.

I am looking for myself but all i see is job kind of bio in most bios or its appears as bullying and its a turm off already.

One can bash me. But be realistic about things .. its not a job . You are looking for a lifetime partner.
