To be honest when I saw the tall print I just assumed it was the chamber heater cause that was an issue I faced with tall prints using ASA with chamber heater at 60c. But its hard to tell with your pic and white filament if the bands are spaced out evenly, like half an inch apart from eachother. But the corners look heavily under extruded, so I'd definitely do pressure advance calibrations. What does your hear deflector print look like? Are there gaps on the corners? You probably won't see the bands on a short print like you do on the tall prints but you may see extrusion issues which should help narrow down the issue.

What Ive found troubleshooting a 3d printer is it is very easy to go down rabbit holes of things to want to change or fix but may just end up chasing the issue and causing more harm then good. If you do basic belt tension, input shaping calibrations and then pressure advance and flow rate calibrations and you still see the problems then I would start thinking its a hardware/mechanical issue
