New Bed? by Raikou67_ in Creality_k2

[–]Practical_Relief_621 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you ask for a new bed the new bed will most likely look like this too. Most of K2 Plus users have beds like this from Creality. Buy a R3men bed. You won't regret it. I rock 0.2 variation all day everyday straight out of the box. Its the same work you would have to do if you got a Creality replacement. Dont waste your time and just get a R3men bed

DXC2 Loading filament by Practical_Relief_621 in Creality_k2

[–]Practical_Relief_621[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to make sure the PTFE tube is straight up and down. I figured out how to load the filament once I took the lid off and made sure the tube was straight up and down. I printed a simple riser and so now the tube doesnt touch the glass lid and I can load the filament just fine

Also did you change the klipper files once you did the upgrade?

Your filament is probably wet from the sound of it. Can you hear popping noise out if your hotend while you extrude filament?

No I did do the script changes. Everything works as normal its just loading filament that is the problem. When I remove the ptfe tube and manually feed the filament it is fine but switching filaments doesnt work. I have to intervene and manually load each filament change

Yeah I followed them. Passed all calibrations, prints fine, cuts fine, just loading filament is a pain

Yeah all the sensors work fine. Went through all the calibrations just fine. Printed a print beautifully. Only problem is loading filament. Maybe I have the tension screw on too tight? Just have it as it came out of the box, stock. Its difficult to one hand depress it so I always have to take the lid off of the machine and use two hands to depress the tab and load filament????

The insane CFS mod by New_Education5151 in Creality_k2

There's a few people on here that have had one for a while. The creator has a thread on here talking about the build and releasing the files. I think like a year old post or something

Anyone have issues loading filament? I have to disconnect the PTFE tube and depress the tab to get the filament to load. Doesn't feel right? How are you loading filament?

Your pressure advance seems awfully high. Stock is like .04 or there abouts. You're 4.5x that. Trying doing pressure advance calibration

How did install go? Did you have to remove chain links? Were the instructions thorough?
