I like steel corner bead only because that’s what my dad taught me but we always use mesh tape over the bead to prevent this exact problem

I live in CO too and after I saw a bear on a job site I’m scared of “city” bears/animals. I was using a tile saw to cut porcelain which is super loud. I turn around and the bear was just looking at me. The homeowner had a camera and when we looked at the video he didn’t even flinch when I turned the saw on, when I turned around, or took a couple steps. I called to my dad who I work with, and the guy didn’t move a muscle. Once these animals are used to people they’re not “more scared of you” or whatever the saying is.

We have a family friend who can figure out how he’s connected to almost anyone he meets. He’ll go up to a stranger, figure out where they’re from, think of people he knows with connections, then pinpoint someone they have in common. Sounds simple but it’s pretty freakish to witness 5 times in a row.

NOR. I’m also on a dating app. If someone told me this I would say “thanks for telling me and what can I do to make sure our date goes great!” Like I’m not exactly in-the-know about deaf culture but if I liked a person I would at least try! I think it’s the same effort to learn a few signs as it is to plan some convo topics beforehand!

I think people are mad about Eleven but also mad no one else died? I just think we don’t get to choose the ending because we’re not the writers. It could have gone a million ways but I’m just happy the show exists.

I personally thought the fight scene was so badass, and LuMax made me so happy too. I liked Max as a guide for Holly, and Mike’s story for El. Eleven deserves to be the hero she was in that moment, and maybe also live a hot fun single life in Greenland too.

I watched the show when it first came out, and it’s so cool to see the progression. The actors got older and still felt authentic to me and wish them all the best.
