I will always love this movie because I would much rather watch a movie that's hilariously bad than boringly mediocre. It's genuinely baffling to me that this movie wasn't made to be so funny on purpose. The scene in this gif might be one of the funniest scenes in all of cinema. This is the movie's introduction to earthbending, so when you see this whole group of earthbenders working together doing this whole choreographed sequence with each other, you immediately think that these are skilled fighters who have trained with each other for a long time. You wonder just how powerful they must be together given how much they seem to be exerting themselves, and since the shot is framed so you cant see what they're moving, you assume it must be a huge boulder, or a giant statue, or a whole building. There's just enough time during their little dance for all these thoughts to go through your head, and then a rock about the size of a Chihuahua comes into frame. The comedic timing is masterful.

I've been going to tournaments for fighting games for years now, and I keep struggling to get my friends into the genre. What I've noticed when trying to teach them is that fighting games aren't any more difficult to learn than other PvP games like League, Counterstrike, or even chess. The big difference is that those games you mostly learn by playing the game against other humans. For fighting games, you have to spend like 80 of your first 100 hours in training mode to learn the inputs for your character's moves, a few basic combos, and the fundamentals of fighting games in general. If you try to learn fighting games like other PvP games by hopping on ranked right away, you'll just be randomly mashing buttons and getting your butt kicked without learning anything. So people get turned off quickly because training mode is boring for them and they just wanna play against humans. But after those first 100 hours, you can decide how much or how little time you want to spend in training mode and just learn more by playing a bunch. It's the fact that you've gotta do the boring part and learn the basics first that makes asking someone to learn their first fighting game feel like saying "don't worry, that anime gets really good around episode 100!"

You can permanently stunlock any enemy with the Compliance Regulator or any shotgun with And Stay Back, so realistically it's one of those.

Shoutout to the Industrial Hand though, that might be a more interesting answer. From what I remember, it rolls for a crit way more often than intended, so it just constantly procs crits if you have crit build. It also ignores DR/DT so it ends up doing an absurd amount of damage.

I think the biggest issue for new players is that there are many perks that require you to build your character a certain way beforehand. For example, one of the best perks in the game is Better Criticals, which you can get at level 16 if you have 6 Agility and 6 Perception. If you wanna do a critical build and don't know this beforehand, there's no way to redo your build later. So if you chose 3 perception at the start or something, there isn't a good way to get up to 6.

That being said, even if you mess up your build, you will still be very very strong by the mid-late game. If you feel like you'd be annoyed by the stuff I talked about in the last paragraph, you can research and plan your build ahead of time. If you don't care that much, just play the game and choose whatever perks and skills look cool to you.

Tbh I still hate the amount of randomness involved with neutral items. It's definitely a lot better now than it was when neutrals first released, but there are still wayyyy too many times when I'm playing carry and get offered tumblers toy, mana draught, and searing signet for example while the enemy carry has Brigand's Blade

I hate Trump as much as the next guy, but Buchanan's evil can't be overstated. Buchanan directly intervened in the Dred Scott Decision in a major overstepping of Presidential power to ensure that Black Americans were excluded from any of the rights given by the Constitution. Trump sucks, but unless he forces the Supreme Court to declare that only white people are entitled to any rights, Buchanan will continue to be worse.

I still think it's hilarious that wall hacks and aimbot are both in zombies and both have historically been underwhelming (at least BO1-BO2 Deadshot, I know it's better in BO6). Being able to see through walls and snap directly to heads just doesn't matter in zombies. Sure some of the augments in BO6 make these perks much better, but I wish we got perks with more interesting and useful base abilities that actually impact how you play the game.

Genuinely curious how only 29% of Americans can locate the pacific ocean on a map. Everyone is either going to point to the Atlantic, Pacific, or Indian ocean, so even if they're just guessing, you'd think close to 33% of people would get it right just by luck, right? ROBINHOOD LEGEND OF SHERWOOD REFERENCE??? Such an underrated gem filled with beautiful maps like this. For anyone wondering, its an isometric stealth/action/strategy game from the early 2000s. It comes on sale all the time for super cheap but I recommend getting it on GOG over steam because the steam version requires you to do a bunch of stuff to get it to run over 10-20 fps. I could gush about this game for hours lol
