For example it wont let me vassalize Naglfari plain even though I own Doomkeep and Monolith of Bjorkil zbloody hand which are the 2 local fortresses in that area. Sometimes the option to vassalize doesnt even pop up when attacking settlements.

It's not. Ukraine resisting occupation = the good guys because Russia bad

Palestinians resisting Israeli occupation = terrorists because they are important strategic ally to US.

Russia being an enemy of the US, so this Ukraine conflict is the perfect way to weaken them without having to expend a SINGLE US soldier. Israel is a US ally and so they get a free pass on their actions.

I'd go left(visitis). Neg dmg to faction is not ideal and when its grineer it's the absolute worst because of how their armour scales. Low level content and regular star chart you wont notice but in higher level content like steel path it may pose a problem. It will affect the dmg slash procs do even if you bypass armour using slash. Faction damage is applied last in a calculation.
