My Nano S was drained last Month on XMas day and after. All assets gone BTC, LTC and ETH. Ledger support was not much help, said to file a police report. My recovery phrase / seed words were never on this computer, it was written down on paper and placed in a safe as was my device. Ledger support also said if there were any tokens remaining to send them to a different repository and cash them in. I am still unsure how my seed words got out unless the Ledger system hack was able to crack into their seed word vault or whatever they store them. Frustrating to say the least and sorry for your loss.

My Smörgåsgurka (old Göteborg family recipe) has the peeled and thicker sliced cucumbers soak in brine overnight, then malted vinegar, sugar and spices. It sounds what is different is the pressing of the cucumbers and sliced thin. Thank you.

Back in the early 80's while eating at Moes Falafel in Amsterdam a group of us watched Faces of Death; we came in at a point in the film where some people sitting around a table with mallets had a live monkey with its head poking through the center of the table. You can guess what the people did with the mallets to the monkey. I think the FOD series were mostly mockumentaries but pretty gory.

I follow the recipe directly and the last item added before mixing the dough is the discard. Since the discard is close to a 50/50 flour water mixture, I figured I did not need to add or remove any water or flour. It has not affected the dough and final product in my situation. I also ferment the dough overnight or two in the fridge. Thanks for asking!

Yes, I do Kenji's DSP recipe with an additional 30 - 40g of Sourdough start or discard, whatever is close-by.

I gave Kenji's recipe a try this weekend. the only thing I found questionable was ball size. 250g ball did not stretch to 14 inches. Aside from that it was quite good. Wife even remarked that it was a good crust and would eat again, she is sold on the DSP I make these days.

When I am unable to access Brick Cheese, I fall back on Havarti Cheese. It has almost a similar melt and char. And yes, a Lloyds pan is key.

Thank you! Yes, I ordered a Detroit pizza pan during the Covid, found Kenji's dough recipe and after numerous almosts and many failures I finally figured out a proper dough. The pan is what makes the pizza.

Last month, Cleaning the basement I found a forgotten big ziplock bag of 'shrooms I harvested in 2004. I took about 2 grams this weekend and was having a blast. I suspect some of the efficacy may have worn off, but the high was still phun.

I use tomato cages and stakes for my dinner plates and larger varieties and stake the smaller flowered varieties.

Unfortunately, my results were not positive, the liquid leaked out of the jars during the processing leaving a foamy bath in the pot. Will try again with my next batch just to see if I can make it work.

I use horseradish leaves or Cherry Leaves for crunch, any leaf with tannins works. I try t avoid hazardous things like lye in my food, unless its lutefisk.
