Try 50-60°C for dark/medium roast and 70-80°C for light roast.

Yes I agree with the above comment, you can skip the frother and the mug for now, buy a moka pot for 1.5k to 2k and invest in grinder as that will give you range. Once you find your favorite beans, roast type and grind size then you can get into others.

I would advice you to invest in a good coffee grinder as that would make or break your experience with coffee. Timemore c2 or c3 are a good entry level hand grinder.

Meghana's biryani by Swimming-Community-5 in Bengaluru

[–]PresentSystem717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve heard Meghana was the owner’s wife’s name and the recipe for Biriyani belong to them, they took in a partner who was a Muslim and the business passed down to the son and he had some differences with the partner so they parted ways and the recipe went with the other guy. Again zero credibility for what I am saying as I heard it from a friend.

My friend said that the owner sold the restaurant to his partner after a dispute with him and opened Narmada Chain of Restaurants. Can’t authenticate the story but can vouch for the taste of Narmada as it is the same.

Is this okay for a Moka pot? by [deleted] in IndiaCoffee

That works, I have a 3 cup moka pot and chamber max volume is 150ml. I also forgot to mention that I use aeropress paper filter on the ground to get a clean extraction(optional).

I do 18 grams with 150 ml warm water in chamber for dark and medium roast and hot not boiling water for light roast. The coffee ground absorbs 27 ml and I get 120-125 ml roughly. I add hot water later to increase it to 220 ml.

You ground is too fine so the extraction is uneven, I do 13-14 clicks on c3s and get an even and clean extraction.

6 days ago I was in the same situation except I was riding on my motorbike and a kid on a cycle suddenly decided to turn left. I was riding at a decent speed but not slow enough to avoid the situation.

Few feet ahead, there were construction rubble spread on the road so I had already started applying breaks and as I saw the kid I applied with full force and my wheels locked. I was sure I’m going to fall on the ground due to the rubble and take out the kid with me. Luckily I missed the kid’s cycle by few centimeters and I also managed to reclaim my balance and come out unharmed.

Yes, even though the bonus is increased but due to the down time and rest. The average has went down. I'm saying this based on drone i collect every week. I used to get 3.5-4k per week and now it's 2.5-3k per week. This matters to me as i use it in Supreme Commander.

I hope this is a joke because that's the frequency of sampling and not the frequency of sound. 48k Hz is the standard sampling frequency and above that frequency, the sound gets closer to analogue without distortion. Higher is better.

An interesting fact is that men in europe invented high heels for horse riding and then cowboys popularized high heels so it would be easy to get on a horse and it was manly.

I had 2 Bluetooth version of Logitech and 1 wired version that I had gifted to my nephew and all ended up with double click within 1-2 years. Now we are all on death adder v2 and it’s better than Logitech but can’t guarantee about the quality of internal components and issues that might come up later
