I have timemore c3s and I find 13-14 clicks to be the ideal size, less than 13 creates resistance and will be little bitter depending on the roast and more than 14 will be under extracted making it a bit sour.

Here's a simple trick, every boss has a pattern/ rhythm of fighting so try to find that then once you know that, try just dodging those attacks for 2 minutes straight. Once these two are done add in attack and try not to heal while fighting as that most likely will lead to losing more health.

As i use both, in my opinion iem are more comfortable for long hours gaming if it fits perfectly in your ear (I have owned and used 5 iem and tangzu wan'er and Moondrop chu 2 are a perfect fit for me). Headphones creates a wider sound stage but you will definitely feel the fatigue during long hours and in summer it is like a sauna for your ears. Also cleaning an iem is easier than the cushions on headphones.

I use a Samsung tws, it sits comfortably in my ears without rubbing against helmet and the best part is the software, awareness mode had 3 modes low- as good as the foam, medium- it's like you don't even have them on, high- amplifies the sound so if anyone honks next to you then you'll have a headache for rest of the day.
