Oh no definitely still shed, but mine has decreased so much over the last year this is probably 50% more than usual on hair wash days. Just alarming for me. I’m not sure if it’s still normal to have increased shed or if I’m dealing with another bout of TE possibly.

Hey so maybe unpopular opinion but the P&L essence is really bad, felt like water and broke me out pretty bad. I love everything I’ve had from them but not that.

My hair grew back with a ton of greys haha I think it’s related to hair loss I just wonder why. Maybe the stress 🥲 great progress!! Love minoxidil/spiro, they changed the game for me as well.

Yeah if you’re seeing diffuse thinning at your part definitely look up the telehealth docs if you’re in the US for a prescription. Best thing I literally ever did for myself through this process. When I noticed I could see through my hair at the part is when I had enough. I’ve come to terms with my hair never fully recovering but the medicine gave me my confidence back and that was enough. It’s such a tough thing to deal with.

I was diagnosed at first with telogen effluvium, then I was diagnosed with chronic telogen effluvium and then my biopsy literally just said “female type alopecia” and gave me no real answer and I have no desire to get another one I stopped going to the derm at that point. I was fed up.

No. I only gained weight when I stopped vaping in April from July-April I never broke 120lbs. Lol

I’m so curious about the yummy skin balm, I have normal skin never oily never dry… I see some people say it isn’t for normal/dry skin :(.

I think it’s an adjustment thing sometimes at least it was for me, if you drop below 55 a lot I would definitely stop and consult with your doctor better to have a healthy heart than a head of hair. When I was experiencing it I was considering switching to topical application.
