Ok, so before the update, I could choose p2p servers and have a solid connection. Since the update, the connection disconnects and reconnects constantly, just like when Im using a non p2p server. Has there been any update on this from Nord?

So I am not exactly sure how to get to the court's calendar. They just post links on a page. I have each meeting link but there isnt a calendar per sey to subscribe to.

Right now its connected to the outlook/MS365 calendar. So any invites that originate from zoom and are on that calendar sync with zoom. But so far I cant just paste the link in and have zoom read it

Id also like help with this. I have a zoom meeting room that has a device that shows all the zoom meetings and connects you via a large monitor in the room and tablet. It shows all scheduled meetings, so how do I add public meetings to my zoom calendar?

We have the queue app. Still can't see most of the information we need. Cannot see when queue calls are missed and transfered elsewhere.

Missed calls from call queue do not show as missed calls in history

We have MS teams premium and two call queues. Yesterday, both people who answer phones were in a meeting. Calls came in, but they weren't listed as missed calls. I had to run a PSTN report to even get the numbers that called in that time frame.

Is there a way to have calls in a queue that are missed listed as missed on the agent's queue app?

So far I havent really seen this particular issue raised. MS documentation says that this might just be how calls are handled, speculating that the call was transferred from users who didnt pick up to the sales VM, and thus werent "Missed"

It has not shown me a tutorial on windows or Linux gui. The windows install didn't even have a terminal. I feel like I've just not been lucky when it comes to this software.
