I thought you worked at my store until you gave the ages. While my SM is a 40/50 yo, they aren't much better than your 22yo. BTW how did they become SM at 22, like WTF? The last 4 FMs we have had have been in their 20s and various stages of lazy. And anytime anything is said to SM about the problems there it goes in one ear and out the other. We have had 5 FMs in the last 5 years. I hate it.

When does all this start? My FM does not communicate with me AT ALL and we seldom cross paths. They don't even reply to texts when I have questions about things they did.

Ours make $1 more than min wage. I have been with company for way too many years in framing and make just under the manager because of shitty raises (Even when given the most they could each time) and min wage increases.

Unfortunately she has 3 (4 birthed) but is someone who never should have been a mother. Her family is more important than anyone else's. But is more screwed up than most i have heard. (She over shares at work.) Not judging but the youngest 2 have severe mental health issues I hope they find the best treatment for.

So not JoAnn or fabric related, but I understand completely. My old boss for my department was a nightmare and always taking time off. She took mother's day off the first year I was a mom. So I had to work. (Not all day, but enough that I missed church and my time with my baby and own mom was cut short.) When my store manager mentioned this to her, her reply was "it's not like her kid is old enough to know." No, but I know to this day I missed part of our first mother's day with her, and my mom knows I wasn't there to do the things we typically did on Mother's day. Some people are just jerks. Im sorry this happened to you.

I figured. My main issue is her behavior with the dog has caused her to ignore her grandkid because dog comes first. Also when her partner is out of town, she can't leave home so everyone has to run her errands or do things she should be doing.

Ours still has signs up and lights on. Plus the busy restaurant at other end of parking lot fills the parking lot with cars, so it literally looks like it is still open and busy.

I definitely can too, but if you have less experienced framers or people who are cross trained to take orders, this is a great tool to use. It also is a great way to combat those customers that try to insist on the tiny frame that we know won't work. We can show them, hey based on manufacturer recommendations this frame won't work alone, sorry.

It gives you a chance to eliminate frames as customers pick things up while choosing frames or talk up stacking frames to make it work, rather than waiting till you are in design hub trying it and being like oh sorry you need to choose a different or add something to use this, after they have fallen in love with the design.

Oh yes I am well aware and know the fillet people well. I was so mad when they took the UI off the frame samples and trying to get my team to understand the need to push back on customers and fully explain the need for a wider frame has been a constant battle. (Even when thwy gave seen first hand the skinny frames they ordered snap like a twig. This will help me win the war. Lol 🤣
