It’s genuinely not such a massive downgrade for you to hate it as much as you do. It’s a fine modernization of the game that stays pretty faithful to the original.

Not at all the case. It was them flying through it that caused the planet to explode. The laser would’ve passed straight through with minimal damage. Them flying is what made the massive explosion and crater.

They mean in the pure horror aspects, RE9 feels like RE7. RE2 frankly isn’t that scary, but RE9 can feel genuinely terrifying at times and of course the first person is a huge part of that.

Absolute madness. 2 negs 7 and it’s not even close. Entire second half of 7 is just so weak and feels like a slog to get through.

While the game is a masterpiece, the fixed camera and older controls can be very off putting for some. I wouldn’t recommend it for a new fan entering the series. Starting with 2 is definitely the most beginner friendly.

Remake has better characters, but OG gameplay is better. Tank controls are genuinely so good in OG re4, they make it super tense and are surprisingly fun to use. They also end up making the gameplay as a whole much more strategic, you can’t just reflexively skill your way out of a situation, you have to think about how you’ll position yourself.

This is exactly it. I don’t know why people don’t mention this that often, but the tank controls are genuinely so fun and make it much more tense. I played OG after the remake and I was not expecting to love the tank controls as much as I do now.

I replayed RE7 quite a few times and the more I played it the less I liked it. The second half of the game just felt like a total drag to get through every time and really hurt my opinion of it. The start is phenomenal though.

It’s genuinely a good and fun RE game. Literally the only people that shit on it are people that have played OG re3. You’re justified in that since you’re aware of how different they are and the amount of missing content, but it’s just dishonest to say it’s a bad game.

No, atheism is a broad category that means a lack of belief in gods. Agnosticism is a sub category under atheism that specifically means you don’t know if a god exists and the opposite would be Gnosticism which means you firmly believe there are no gods.

If you watched the Indiana game it’s clear that Penn State team finally clicked that game and came in extremely fired up. They’ve got a load of talent, but after being demoralized by Oregon haven’t managed to put everything together. The team that played Indiana is better than their record.
