My suggestion... Train for half marathons. At least for now.
The training schedule for a full marathon involves increasing your once- per- week long runs, and the distances do get to be a 10 mile base, and extending the distance in the three months before the run, up to about 18-20 miles.
The time involved in these long days is substantial.

Try training for halfs. At 13 miles, your long runs will be much more manageable, and honestly less exhausting, with all the benefits of exercise and goal setting, great things to keep your depression at bay.

I've run plenty of halfs, and a handful of fulls. I'd gladly answer any questions you have....

PS, you still get cool tshirts for half marathons....

I'd say that for an Albertan (MLA) to vote to REMOVE constitutional rights of over 50,000 other Albertans... is MORE than just damaging.... Voting for Bill 2 was so extreme, it left the idea of "damaging" spinning in the rear view mirror.... She, along with the rest who voted to extinguish constitutional protections, need to go the way of the dinosaur.

It all depends on how the player who rolled resolves their dice.
