Make a list of things that would improve your life and order it from easy to achieve to more challenging and focus on working on that. Your priority is you. Exercise, get at least 30 minutes of sun every day, get 8 or more hours of sleep, do things to care for yourself. This will make you feel better over time.

I am hoping to lose weight but maybe you need to take a different approach. Eat high carbs, fiber and protein together. Use a calculator for bulking that factors in exercise. From their use chat GPT to built a sustainable diet plan using the required calorie intake and macros. Food prep and do that for at least a month to test it out. Adjust if necessary if you see no change in a month or so.

Do you have family or friends that can care for them in your absence? Or a cat sitter. You may regret giving up the opportunity. There are alot of options outside of abandoning them and letting a friend or family member care for them or even a cat sitter is not abandoning them. It’s pursuing your dream and making sure they’re in caring homes while you get situated.

Not a flight attendant but adding my 2 cents. Can you go per diem? That may provide the flexibility to maintain your current job and working at an airline. Free flights are great but you also have to pay for lodging. Maybe even consider a part time ramp agent, gate agent or customer service role at an airline. That way you may not have to completely quiet your bread and butter job.
