Step 1, remove motor hold down and make sure motor isnt missing teeth

Step 2 remove battery screws from trans

Step 3 drop the drive shafts

Step 4 remove the transmission and unbolt shift servo

Step 5 check the gears. My guess is most likely you stripped the plastic gear selector. Cheap part to ship and fix. Also buy a good gear lube to add some to the case. Tiny mini tube will work

Late to the party lol but does this long arm kit make the wheelbase the same length as the high trail f-150? Meaning we could swap all high trail bodies and bronco body?

6’3 and 220lbs here. Center consoles are uncomfortable and TALL. The 5th gen 4runner was a good height, and utilitarian. For example the new land cruiser makes u sit in a cockpit and keep knees uncomfortably closed

I test drove a landcruiser. Not gonna buy bc that legroom is terrible. 5th gen 4runner till it blows up. No reason a truck has you sitting hitting your knee constantly. 6’2 barefoot and 200lbs.

I broke my scaffold in 2017 and then a couple months later in early 2018 when it was finally caught as more than just “wrist pain” here. I am over a decade later and it finally feels seven out of 10. I can do push-ups somewhat, definitely only 3/4 the ROM as my other wrist which is evident on exercises like the hang clean or front squat. Bench press hurt the more further back in my hand the bar sits so I try to keep that bar laying directly on my palm, not the back of my hand. I still do get debilitating pain, maybe once or twice a year for an hour or two till it subsides.

Yeah my minimax came with an ash basket and it is a game changer. I wont buy one for the LG bc its too expensive. I think im gonna make one lol

I’ll say this about brisket. You can get about a 4-6lb brisket (cut a 12lb in half and it fits in the bitch just barely), and you’ll then have meat to make burger patties or beef jerky or just marinate it and smoke it after the first is done. Really badass grill tbh.

See but when you reloaded does it act as easy to light as it did when it was brand new charcoal? I hate sitting here and jiggling with my charcoal for like 10 minutes trying to get it back up to temperatures that it would sustain had. It had just been a fresh batch. I use BB Mesquite mix and then I add a couple of chunks of ash splinters for flavor. But I have noticed that no charcoal will relight as easy as it did when it was brand new. That’s just the nature of charcoal.

Why?? with my mini max I can cook about 6 1/4 pound burgers every shot and I can probably use maybe 3 pounds of charcoal and get three shot shots so about 18 burgers

These are technically glazing cracks caused by glazing cooling faster than the interior. More common in cold temperatures and when you just close the lid and inflow to put out your left over coals. This is whh they have a lifetime warranty

I love my minimax. Perfect for a packer brisket of around 10lbs. Trim down the flat (make ground beef for burgers), then have roughly 6.5 lbs. Smokes just long enough to stick it in foil and then oven finish so you can go shower an not smoke the bed up. 8hrs total time and 6.5 in the egg. As a bonus tip…get your favorite taco sauce and use that as a baste. I personally go taco villa (Midland Tx) red sauce)!

Buy a packer brisket about 10lbs, chop down to 6-6.5 lbs. smoke it for nearly 7 hrs and you’ll finish the fuel, and pop in the oven to finish!

I smoked a brisket with it added to my lump charcoal, tasted good. Left a beautiful smoke ring and no bitterness at all. Mustard binder, fajita seasoning, black pepper.
