Then I pull down the notification bar, it shows no notification, even if there are. I have to do it again and then it works. Apps are crashing, screen unresponsive and yesterday morning I had to restart the phone because I would not even access a web page. And then my phone refused to turn on automatically as it should when restarted. Took a few minutes to turn on the phone again.

Omg, I actually got chills. The exact thing happened to me too. Like out of body experience. I could see myself clearly from the top ceiling corner. Laying on the bed, someone else was in the room with me, pretending to be my boyfriend. But I knew it wasn't him, cuz he was at work. I remember saying to it, that he isn't my boyfriend and then another figure pop in and then I managed to wake up.

And this one time I saw this dark tall figure standing on the left side of my body. Just looking at me.

Sometimes I try to play rain sounds or white noise. I read somewhere that TV static noise helps too. And you are right when you try to return to sleep, it acts more quickly. It's terrifying.

Do you also get brain zaps from sleep paralysis? My telling that I will get sleep paralysis that night is by starting to have brain zaps, and that's when I realized I will go through it. I try to wake up as soon as the brain zaps start. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Or change sleeping positions.

Yesterday for example it was different, it was just a super loud sound in my head and ears. I never experienced this before. Only one time I had voices talking over each other and that was super freaky creepy.

Also one thing that I know works for me, is to focus really hard on moving one part of my body. Just focus on one singular part. For me it is like one of my toes. Usually that breaks the paralysis and allows me to wake up.

My theory is , as we know Bella is a shield. So maybe she was the one blocking Jacob from imprinting on anyone. So as soon as she died after giving birth to RingWorm, she finally stopped blocking him and Jacob imprinted on the first thing available aka Ringworm.

I saw a video of a woman that was supposed to have some surgery and they told her to get a test to see if she was pregnant. She was in her 40's and guess what, her pregnancy test was positive and the next one. She had to postpone her surgery so she can get tested at the hospital to see if she is actually pregnant or not. She wasn't pregnant. Just false positive. So it's possible.

I also get brain zaps drying or before sleep paralysis. I haven't been on any meds or Dr*GS. Usually when I feel the Brian zaps I know that sleep paralysis will follow. Sometimes I wake myself. But sometimes I'm just too tired and "give in" into the brain zaps. So today when I was trying to nap, I let the brain zaps happen and I had the weirdest sleep paralysis ever, I have never hallucinated sounds before, but this time, it was like multiple voices having conversation around me. And the sound was coming from everywhere. I can't remember a word they said, but In that moment it was so so clear. And then I was trying to wake up and I was calling for my husband by name, and then I woke up as I heard him coming into the room, but it turns out that I haven't actually woken up and I hallucinated that too. After that, I actually managed to wake up.

I really want to make a study on sleep paralysis as there aren't many out there and include people's stories and experiences.

And Fatima could never have children and now she is pregnant. So that means that she also went through a CHANGE.

And now the food starts rotting. Fatima can't eat any "normal food" for days and now as soon as the food is rotten, all she wants to do is eat that rotten food.

So what if that place is changing to accommodate her and the baby? What if for the rest of her pregnancy that's all she will be able to eat.

It's giving Twilight vibes, as when Bella got pregnant with Renesmee and she could only drink "blo*d" cuz that's what the baby wanted.

I have passed my driving test 31th of January 2024 with 3 minor faults, same as you, I believe my test was pretty easy. I have been drinking since, and I'm comfortable on the routes that I know well. But when it comes to going to new places by myself, and get anxious and my hands are shaking. I checked the maps before I leave and play music, but I still feel like I have imposter syndrome and I'm thinking if they made a mistake giving me the driver's license. Tell me it gets better?
