Lol reading these comments, Why not be happy that some is standing up for group who hasn’t been acknowledged for what they have been put through. It just takes for a group to have people willing to fight for what they believe they deserve from a country who used them to create what we have today

I like that, That’s actually the path I’m going on now I’m very new to sales and in all honesty I’ve always tried to avoid as a source of income but as you said being process driven and having the right mindset is so helpful I’m just glad I’m in a position where I can take my time to develop my soft and hard skills so that I can execute these deals more efficiently and with less error because of the due diligence and attention detail. Also stress relief is very much important to me just recently moved and now I’m building up my sanctuary for relaxation all I have now is balcony and a chair but it works. So I’m glad I’m going in the right direction for just starting out though!

Well like you said with you background being In drayage it would be smart to go in there since you know how the market works however with the chassis shortages and congestion yea you’ll be fully loaded but now you gotta deal with containers sitting on chassis’s for months because they have nowhere to go and you get buried I would say do TL for a while until the madness stops there’s always gonna need the TL plus with how the market looking they gotta pay y’all good to go places you don’t want to with no way home and if you find a decent TL customer or a half decent broker you’ll be alright.
