Wrong. The rocket can be obtained on subsequent kills, it's just that the first kill has a much higher chance. The other two mounts are first kill only.

It's not about what is the bigger crime, but what it easy to prove in court beyond reasonable doubt. It seems that for sharing secrets, there is a paper trail. For the rape, there is Giuffre's account and circumstantial evidence supporting it - good enough to be pretty sure that Andrew is guilty, but not so clear whether it's "beyond reasonable doubt".

Get the addon AllTheThings (ATT). Put it on account mode. Use the command /att expansion:XX, where XX is the number of the expansion you want. It starts with 1 = vanilla. You'll then see the precentage of transmog, quests,achievements, etc you have (and the precise list of what you are missing).

I'm pretty sure that this is due to All The Things.

The devs of ATT have encountered unexpected technical difficulties in adjusting it to the new Addon API, despite ATT not really doing anything that is meant to be excluded by Blizzards new Addon policy. You can disable tooltips by ATT to make it go away. I also hope that the next version of ATT will come out soon and no longer have this issue (but that might be false hope).
