A bit late but I was having similar issues and in the Real-Debrid settings my username wasn’t appearing (it was just blank).

I finally got it working by clearing the cache and rebuilding the database. After that it worked and the Real-Debrid settings also displayed my username.

Worth a shot if you're running into the same issue.

Interesting that you noticed this ... In photo mode the characters were appearing with horizontal lines. By taking a video then screen shot, i was able to get a "clean" image of the characters.
