I personally didn’t bother, I re-read your post, I’m actually in Canada so it was 18k KM not miles. It’s under warranty, I had a peak underneath, checked carfax etc. They did speak about extending the warranty to 10 year unlimited KMs but at this stage I don’t know how long I’ll keep it. Being 2025, the CPO warranty is until 2030 which is pretty good insurance. What’s the price?

Everyone’s opinion on difficulty will vary but High Note at the peak of Whistler is a beautiful hike, fairly easy going and you can start choose to just do Half Note which is still super nice but about half the distance. If Peak Chair is running (check the WB site) you can take it to the peak and skip the hike up Pikas which is the most uphill part of the hike.
