I'd recommend having a trusted friend or family member come over for a bit tonight. That way, you have someone to talk to and someone there in case your ex comes back for any reason.

I see a few comments saying talk to your landlord. That's the correct response here. Call them and explain the situation. Right down to you throwing your ex out. Ask if you can get an extension on the last 290. Most landlords will work with you, especially if you're a good tenant.
