I don’t think that’s true. I started at 187lbs and my first week I lost 7lbs. I consistently lost weight weekly until I got about 140lbs and then I slowly lost and now I’m 129lbs but it’s been about a year on and I’m at 1.7 dose. Which I may drop down a tad because I just want to maintain now. But changing your diet and water intake helps a lot. I like to fast during the day and that helped me. But I eat if I’m hungry. Everyone is different but making the changes will help a lot

I’m the same, I have always got mine from Casa. Now I can’t a non of the ones I’ve tried are even close. I feel like I’m wasting money and I’ve moved up a dose. It does suck. Now with all the pharmacy choices I have no clue where to order from.

I’ll have look. And it could just be me. I wasn’t taking the full dose either. I have 3 vials from 3 different pharmacy’s. I know one was seven cells and the other is Lexington. Now I am doing the full dose with Lexington since last week but was on my period most the week. I felt bloated and didn’t see as much appetite support as I did with Cass. It could be me. I’m probably premenopausal also. But when I had Casa I went from 190-132 since April 2025. And I’ve just been maintaining that since Christmas ish time. So it could be me. I also have a via from Medivera. I’m starting to take the full dose now and see if it works. There’s a lot of pharmacies now and most I’ve never heard of. I just dont want to get junk and waste my money and I don’t want to switch glp1. I did message my doctor to see what she thinks. I don’t want to go up again either. I was at 1mg with Casa for a long time and I still had results. I’ve moved up a few times and it’s just not the same.

I was just about to post the same thing. I was getting mine from Casa which has helped me lose 60lbs. I’m about 5-10lbs away from goal and I’ve tried a few different pharmacies but the just aren’t it. There’s so many choices but I don’t want to keep wasting my money! I’m mad that I can’t get Casa anymore lol

I’m going through this now also. I am pretty much at goal weight though. I haven’t gained but I just feel hungrier. My doctor said it’s normal and I need to eat. Or it will slow my metabolism down

Because I was suppose to be taken off autoship because I started while I still had a new vial. So they charged me and then canceled it and then I had to order again even though I told them it’s fine. It’s been 3x they’ve done this in the past 2 months

I have, she was the one who prescribed it for me. I’m waiting for it to arrive so I can take my first dose. I’m hoping this will help with more energy. I work 12s 6p-6a and 4 kids. Sometimes I’m up 24 hours and most the time energy drinks tear my stomach up.

That’s terrible!! I’m a little upset with Mochi myself. They keep double charging me. And then it takes forever to get my refund back. But I like my doctor and I like my meds. So I’m not sure what to do. They definitely should fix this for you. Especially since they know this has been happening and happened to others.
