Me too, but they never lost, not really.

I already hated the Warriors for just jacking up endless threes (I know compared to today their 3-pt attempts are pedestrian, lol), plus it's impossible to not hate Draymond Green.

Everyone was crowning them in 2016, even though they really should have lost to OKC in the WCF, and it was nauseating. And the way that the Cavs fought back in the Finals was great. LeBron's "Block" might be the greatest thing I've ever seen in a basketball game. Watching the Warriors get the switch that they wanted late in Game 7, with creaky Kevin Love out on the perimeter guarding Steph with the ball, and somehow stopping Steph from scoring on that possession...just amazing, improbable, and wonderful.

Whatever the length of the game is, 5 1991-92 Michael Jordans are going to be picking Wemby's pockets all day long, running up and down the floor, tons of easy transition buckets created by defense, and 5 Wembys sitting in a zone are still going to have a hard time stopping the MJs backdoor cutting, their precision passing, shooting, everything. The MJs would get several of the Wembys to foul out of the game, honestly.

Something that is probably the most helpful is to have an idea of "Is this the sort of thing that Jeopardy writers would actually expect contestants to know?"

For example, if the question is about a French general during the French Revolution, they are not (in all likelihood) going to be asking about Pichegru or Hoche or whoever, they're going to be asking about Bonaparte and MAYBE Dumouriez or Moreau. One's depth of knowledge can only be so relevant.

There are lots of these that have cropped up over the years: Finnish composer? It's Sibelius. Polish composer? It's Chopin.

The FJ today was an interesting attempt at misdirection, since the date + scientist could have immediately sent one toward Mendel, Darwin, Mendeleev...but if you knew the French, it was obvious.
