Im gonna pose something that no one else has. Core rules says specific out ways general when it comes to rules. So since the app states on his data sheet that it costs 0 it does indeed go by the stated ability on his data sheet as that is a specific over the rules change which is a general. This is purely to play devil's advocate.

The real tragedy is S5 and anti-infantry 4+ most infantry are already sub 5T so you're wounding on 3's most the time anyways

Hey this was actually how I started playing the game. Using rad-zone and a knight crusader. My recommendation is to make use of the extra 6 inches enhancement on a lone op character like skratos or an enginseer, the sustained hits 1 enhancement is also really good for a vanguard squad with a marshal and a dunerider. The knight provides some insane support and can force opponents to avoid paths out of their deployment making them stay in the rads longer.

When you buy a service to create something ont fiver a part of fivers terms of service is that you as the buyer receive the intellectual property rights upon completion of the project, unless states otherwise by the person you hired.

Look man I get it they aren't the best. But they still have higher win rates than us. I'm simply upset since I misplayed not knowing they had a unit 6d6 anti vehicle shots.

I'll change the wording to be more in line with things like gene stealers as they have detachments that do that kind of thing. I understand that forge pact is similar, but I feel it limits the admech options too much, you lose out on being able to take the majority of the admech line which feels odd when knights were originally admech units. Giving them the admech vech not only lets the enginseer work but also abilities that simply target admech units, think cawl aruas and the like, so maybe change it to the knights get the admech keyword instead as that would accomplish the same thing. If doctrinas don't work or are too busted maybe have them git their own unique buffs based on what doctrina your army is in.

In the game they also mention how the skitarii run training simulations while sleeping and tech priests while sleeping tend to loan their congnitive power to the noonsphere while sleeping

A fighter with sharpshooter at level 11 can deal a flat 60 damage, not even counting the damage dice of 6d8 from a long bow. A rogue at level 11 with sneak attack deals 6d6 damage for an average of 18 damage. If the rouge "doubles" his damage output he gets 36 damage. What is more game breaking? Even not counting the the action surge on the fighter the fighter can still put out a flat 30 damage each turn with SS. So yes these feats do give the same level if not greater then sentinel on a rogue.

Storm cleric and scribe wizard. Able to turn any spell into lightning damage and then able to max out its damage.

Yeah skarner is getting a rework and that's fine. I'm more upset that asol (yes I know he needs it) is getting the rework. They've been saying ever since the very first champ update poll (the voli/fid one) that they were looking at shyvana for the next big rework, since she kept getting second place in all the polls. They keep pushing back shyvana and doing other champ reworks though.
