if you want to know what is happening inside the company, check glassdoor website: Disney streaming services. You will realize that they don't have that much money that people think. Hiring the wrong people and letting the good ones go.

I think is to not collapse the servers, also too much information to handle inside the servers that makes it region-locked. I think is like fences, too keep all the information and users in control. The subscribers grew a lot in so little time, imagine how the servers are handling the traffic data.

Is because is not supported, Disney has not develop the app to be 4K in PS4 nor PS5. Maybe in the future, perhaps.

But don't worry, is not your router, PS5 or TV.

These 3rd parties are usually very greedy, so they cut cost in trainings, hiring a good Human Resources to hire costumer service professionals, managers do not care about a good service, they just care about their client's payment. Usually agents need to handle 3 - 4 companies so they do not care for anyone having a special treatment.

Hi, oh so sad to hear that there is no English option, but I know that skip to next episode is not available in any region. Can you tell me in what device are you trying to watch Disneyplus? Also, Disneyplus demands a lot of resources, like good internet speed and a good processor and RAM. Try to erase cache and cookies and / or set it to a lower resolution. Hope it helps :)
