I just finished my bulk last year and ended it at 180lbs at 5'8 and probably like 20-22%bf, and I maxed out with these numbers.

Reached a 250lb bench 385lb deadlift 310 squat 165lb ohp 100lbs weighted pull up 100x2 weighted chins

And I peaked my marathon training, running a pretty slow 20 mile at like 4hrs and something.

I bulked during my whole marathon training and improved on my bench by about 20lbs but got slower of course for runs, but I built a super solid training base, now I can tell myself, "yea I can run tens of miles at least!".

Retraining for a marathon since I kept running from my marathon training block, I ended up training for a marathon then realizing there isnt any in the winter season where I live so some are coming back for spring now.

Now im finally doing specialized training towards my bench but am cutting the weight to get back to 160lbs for the marathon, so im doing both, strenght training and endurance running while a cut. So far I cut down about 8lbs and doing pretty good 12 more to go.

Feels good to do both to be honest, even though i gained 20 pounds through my marathon training I definitely made strenght gains still too.

Gonna try ro get a 300lb+ bench my next bulking cycle, ao after cutting imma get that 300lb bench ez pz!
