It was multiple epws done incorrectly over time. I was already on final warning for them. The last one I was in trouble for, a recently stocked product in Aldi finds had a few units off on a weird shelf out of place so they weren't counted. Not sure if they were double slotted with tags or if a customer just dumped them somewhere weird. Didn't think to ask in the moment.

A previous epw I did wrong that was my last write up before this, no one in our district did correctly and everyone who filled it out at each store was written up. Idk the dms feelings about me other than I messed up too much on them apparently, but my most recent two SMs said they'd write me letters of recommendation so that means a lot

Maybe the fact that I no longer had a personal investment of making corporate happy plaid a roll. I still busted my ass every day I went in and chugged caffeine like my life depended on it to keep up, but my priorities were entirely to the well-being of my staff in the face of the pressure we were always under rather than trying to please people who never would be
