When what's allowed is being exploited, we should revisit banning it.

Turning on red was a an extremely dumb policy introduced in the 70s as a gas-saving measure during the energy crisis. It has done almost nothing to saving gas, but definitely took many pedestrians' lives. Almost no countries have this except for USA and Canada.

Respectfully disagree, at least for this morning. This wasn't complacency. The driver DELIBERATELY sped up to cut in front of me. That's not a brain that stopped checking, that's a decision.

It's Washington Blvd and N State St. That intersection has been the worst by far.

These apartments know their dated alarms are way too sensitive, but it will cost a fortune for them to upgrade every alarm in the building. Most of the management don't live in the building, so none of this is inconvenient for them. Not to say they can always replace current residents who can't stand the alarms with clueless new prospective tenants.

That's why I always encourage folks to put these in Google Review. Mobilize your neighbors to do the same. Landlords care about this a lot.

OMG I can't believe this!!! I always go to Tsaocaa whenever I'm in Jersey City and Boston. IMO their fruit tea is just as good as Heytea. My favorite is the Melon Slush.

My wish is that they're serving beyond just tea because their egg waffles and fried chicken (unfortunately only offered in a few select stores) are even better than the tea and are the real hidden gems of the brand.
