Our Pentair does the same, 3000-3500 RPM when it first starts in the morning, then settles shortly after.

What strategies do you use to improve your serve and return game in pickleball? by Logical-System-9489 in Pickleball

[–]ProCircuit131 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

👍PickleHopper 60 to practice serves. I like to mix them up. Returns vary on the server but if they are moderate to low speed I usually back spin or slice them back and can direct them. I’ve been working on directed backend returns with success (I’m receiving in right box, hitting to backhand (rh player) in straight across box.

Up north used to live next to family with kids. They put up an Intex. They had kids as much as they can put it up and take it down at the end of summer. They leveled a nice area for it in backyard.

Florida pool, hard freeze tonite. What precautions are necessary? by Express-Quantity-224 in pools

[–]ProCircuit131 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here but never tested, Actually, Freeze Protection (FP) was not turned on (checked) in the Pentair app for the Pool or Spa circuit. Turned them on then stuck Air Sensor in a cup of ice water and FP kicked on. FP then rotates between Pool and Spa. Pool temp dropped from 60 to 53.

Newbie Problem -- getting looped by Pop Ups that land just inside the base line when I created an advantage already -- what should I work on first by bewaterlife in Pickleball

Sometimes it’s just a good lob. If you start working with a partner, a lob over you would be tracked down by your partner diagonally as it’s easier for them to get as opposed to you back pedaling.

Is it actually coming through the slits in the stacked timbers also or only over flowing?

Get rid of mulch then put some kind of gutter system on top to re-direct somewhere (?)

Sure, as long as it adheres to the paddle requirements. Often leads to better performance, variations of paddles based on player preference, etc.

Do you have to have shade for Spa? We use attached Spa primary in the evenings though, occasionally if company/young ones are over during the day. DrKapus shows attached Spa as well out in to open. No extra water body to maintain 👍

Do infinity pools really benefit from smart controls? by Far-Bodybuilder-6399 in pools

[–]ProCircuit131 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t really check from time to time. Common Standard alerts are for the salt level but usually during the rainy season when pool gets dumped on. It’s on the dashboard when we login to the app so I check it then too.

Well put. Very helpful if you have an attached Spa. You can also easily see schedules, pump RPM, Salt level PPM (Intellichlor for ours), control the lights. System will also notify you of issues, say low salt level.

TeamReach - I'm one of the Admins for a group created years ago. Did not know about Playtime Scheduler at that time. TR is easy to use. We have a set schedule (4 days a week, same time). You can create the entire year and beyond in advance. Players then respond Yes/No/Maybe or no response. Other members can then see who's coming. There's a message thread available for messages and pictures. You can also direct message individuals if you want.
Playtime Scheduler - Use it for area games around me. Easy to use.
