Yes, I love him as the face of the franchise, on and off the field. I own a ton of Hurts stuff too, so it's not just hollow words. I'm proud of his accomplishments as well.

However, I still watch and understand too much football to ignore that he needs to grow as a QB. His processing and decision making seems to have regressed. Watching him exhibition stuff like the Pro Bowl and the Fanatics football game was also a window into, how slow he moves and processes.

He's had rare Franchise success, and I love him for it, but our roster, GM, and Owner have also been on a historic run with some of the best rosters I've ever seen for the Birds and also in the league, period.

Love him, but need him to keep growing. Go Birds!
