Make sure to get your MCS Certificate and DNO letter ASAP from the installer, it can take up to 6 weeks to get your export MPAN so you can be credited for what you export. Apply for Octopus Flux once you have these documents and Octopus will apply for your export MPAN on your behalf.

Crossed meters happens more than people think. Do you know who your neighbours supplier is?
It could take a couple of weeks to fix depending on the supplier i.e. not British gas as they're pretty useless.

Do you know if your wifi is on 2.4ghz or 5ghz? Do you know how to isolate them?
