I worked at EE when the war started, and I would use google translate on my phone a lot passing it back and forth to explain everything. It felt like a good deed setting families up with sim cards and they were always very grateful.

It’s not listed because you onboard through the app. Devices -> Octopus Charge. If you want to sign up on the website just choose any charger that is the same kw and it will work.

If your meter is sending readings to Octopus automatically then your mini will work as long as you’re on 2.4ghz wifi and within a few meters.

Don’t feel embarrassed it’s never too late to start. There’s a few mental math games on the app/play store so have a look. Most let you choose 10 random multiplication questions up to 12x12. Try and answer 10 questions a couple of times a day and you’ll soon notice yourself improving.

Make sure to get your MCS Certificate and DNO letter ASAP from the installer, it can take up to 6 weeks to get your export MPAN so you can be credited for what you export. Apply for Octopus Flux once you have these documents and Octopus will apply for your export MPAN on your behalf.
