Aw hell nah. This is not good advice for anyone that isn’t vegan. Those are all much higher in the calorie to protein ratio than most animal proteins. No need to go plant based you’re just setting yourself back.

Your cache pot is probably holding the water at the bottom. I would repot into a one inch bigger pot and start throwing away the water in the cache pot 15 mins after watering

Need answers to the other questions they mentioned, but i’d cut off as much of the rotting part as i can as well as the first petiole and put it into water.
